The Jamaica Post uses USPS to handle shipping once package has moved outside of the Jamaican postal system. As indicated on the USPS website, due to COVID-19, there may be extended delivery times.
Please allow 2-3 business days, for processing, before your item is shipped UNLESS it is labelled as "Done To Order". If the item is "Done To Order" please allow 7-10 business days for your item to be complete and an additional 2-3 business days for processing before item is sent out for shipping.
Accessories labelled as "Done To Order", please allow 3-5 business days for product to be complete.
STANDARD DELIVERY For all countries will range between 7-14 business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING is available for all countries and your order will arrive within 3-5 business days, after processing time and timeline given for “Done To Order” pieces to be complete, if this applies, given that there are no unforeseen delays within the postal service.
Please note all items are shipped from Kingston, Jamaica. If you are placing an order locally (Jamaica) The only option is delivery via options given at checkout.
